Motivational Threat: Day Two

Here is the threat that wen t out to experiment participators this morning:
Good morning and happy Tuesday. Here is your threat for today:
If you don’t find a way to exercise for at least 15 minutes today, I’m going to put a live chicken in your car. And it’s not going to be a friendly clucking chicken – it’s going to be one of my overactive, overly territorial roosters that will work hard at keeping you out of your own car.
Simple ideas for exercise include going for a walk or a bike ride after lunch or dinner, walking up and down stairs, stretching, actually using one of the exercise contraptions you have at home (I’m not passing judgement – I have two contraptions that are currently being used as makeshift coffee tables), or going for a quick workout at the gym or pool.
